Refund policy

Products purchased online at auudre.store, unused and in their original packaging, can be returned for a refund within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties. 

For any personalized product (initials added to the bag, modification of a product element, etc.) after customer approval, Auudre does not accept any returns or exchanges. Once this period has expired, you no longer have the right to withdraw from the purchase. When this period expires on a weekend, public holiday, or non-working day, it is extended to the next working day. 

To ensure the smooth processing of returns, we ask that you notify our customer service department of your return by email beforehand. 

The product return procedure is as follows:

1. retrieve your order or invoice number;
2. With this number in hand, contact our customer service by email at contact@auudre.store;
3. The products must be in their original box, pack them, clearly identify the return package with the Return Number by affixing it to the outside of the package;
4. Returns will be refunded to your original payment method once they arrive at our distribution center.
